Terms of Service

Welcome to Suminos, a job-hunting companion product provided by StoneFrontier LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Suminos, including resume optimization, job discovery, application tracking, interview preparation, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Suminos.
  • By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

  • To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Suminos only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their operation.
  • Misuse integrations (e.g., LinkedIn, Gmail, Google Drive) to access or share data you do not own or control.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the resumes, job applications, and other content ("User Content") you upload.
  • By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display it solely to provide the Services.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some features of Suminos may require payment. When you purchase a subscription or premium feature, you agree to provide valid payment information.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
  • All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in Suminos and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by StoneFrontier LLC or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Google Drive).
  • We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or data handling. Your use of such integrations is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
  • You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

  • Suminos is a tool to support your job search but does not guarantee employment outcomes.
  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneFrontier LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, job opportunities, or employment.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
